Description

Small size preserving jar set is perfect for salsa's, tapenades, chutneys and much more. These jars have been specially designed for preserving food in a healthy way without additives, by heat treatment (canning), in oil, vinegar, brine or pickled. They are made in extra-clear borosilicate glass, highly resistant to thermal shocks. The chemical composition of borosilicate glass does not change the level of acidity of any liquid or food it contains, making it a very safe material for storing food. The jars have a stainless steel clamp and rubber seals, which means that when they're closed, they will provide an airtight interior.
