The high quality and characteristics of this specific pure white glass shade give the same functionality as the pleated and folded standard or paper shades, while still allowing the glass to shield glare while shining direct functional light. The floor lamp has the multi-positioning feature, so not only can you interact with the lamp, but you could also decide where you want direct light. It can be used in bedroom as well as living area. Thanks to the shade, a very soft, homogeneous light emission is achieved, which is why the lamp exudes a touch of cosiness. The designer Christian Troels has distinguished himself as a charismatic, innovative and dynamic designer who dares to think outside the box. He was inspired by transformation and simple geometry. When he designed the Pliverre series, he interpreted the familiar folds in matt opal glass. The name Pliverre comes from the French "verre pliè", which simply means "folded glass".
