The Toughened Non-Stick range from Le Creuset combines innovative technology from its reinforced non-stick surface to the induction-compatible base, with outstanding versatile design. This saute pan's wide base and straight sides allow for quick, light frying in relatively little fat. The high sides prevent splattering or spilling, for safety and ease of use. Add the lid to allow food to cook more slowly. The pan is made from high-quality, hard-anodised forged aluminium for excellent heat retention and even heat distribution. It's toughened inside and out with a superior non-stick coating that's durable, PFOA-free and can withstand the use of metal utensils, with care.
