Cook steaks and other meat dishes to perfection on this stainless steel barbecue. High temperatures crisp the outside while keeping the meat inside juicy and succulent. Excess fat and any leaking meat juices are collected in the drip tray below the grill basket. Set the desired heat by just using the large rotary wheel embedded in the side of the housing. The heat comes from above through the ceramic infrared burner and is kept inside by the double-walled housing. The handle allows you to lift the barbecue easily and safely.
