Wok cooking is easy, quick and healthy, making a delicious stir-fry perfect for a mid-week dinner for 2 or 3 people. Prepare all your ingredients before you start cooking as it will only take a few minutes once in the wok. Once everything is chopped and ready to go, add a little oil and heat until the oil is smoking hot and you're ready to start cooking. Why not try cooking up a delicious and healthy bowl of spicy pork with basil. All you need is minced pork, garlic, red chillies, fresh coriander all finely chopped, fish sauce, oyster sauce, a pinch of sugar, vegetable stock and a handful of fresh basil leaves. Add the garlic and chillies to the wok for 30 seconds before adding the minced pork and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients for a further 3 minutes then add the basil for the last minute. If the contents look dry whilst cooking try adding a splash more stock rather than more oil.
