PALATE: Pleasantly dry, followed by spices and earthy notes. FINISH: Lightly sweet with citrus finish. Sloe Gin (30% ABV) Tasting Notes - NOSE: Juniper aromas with a burst of fresh berry accompanied by a hint of black pepper. Palate: Sweetness against the tangy sour, slightly creamy. Finish: Soft hints with a rounded fruitiness.
