With a ceramic sharpener built into the surface of its handle, you can hone the quality of your blades just before you use them. Its non-slip rubber edge ensures that the board stays securely in place when sharpening, for a safe and easy experience. Â Instructions: Â To sharpen, stand the board upright on its side on a dry, flat surface. Grip the top edge of the board and place your knife inside the slot, onto the sharpener. Draw the blade back towards you three or four times. Wipe away any filings from the blade or board with a damp cloth before cutting food. Do not rest the board on a wet or uneven surface whilst sharpening, and make sure to keep your hands away from blade.
