The cashmere fibres in this Johnstons of Elgin scarf have been hand-combed from the under-belly of goats in China and Mongolia, where the dramatic highs and lows in temperature help them to grow their beautifully soft and warming fleece. Expertly woven in Scotland from soft, warm and lustrous cashmere, the luxurious ripple hand-finish is the result of Elgin mill's years of manufacturing craft and knowledge in using natural, hand-worked teasels.
