The special material composition means that the base of the wok moves towards the heat source when heated up on induction stoves as well as on all conventional types of stove. This is not guaranteed with conventional stainless steel. This means you can fry and braise optimally on all conventional types of stove, such as gas, electric, glass-ceramic, halogen and induction. The wok base consists of an induction plus capsule base with an aluminium core, which guarantees rapid heating and long heat storage. The heat-resistant, ergonomically shaped stainless steel plastic handle ensures comfortable handling during frying. In addition, the wok is nickel-free and harmful substances therefore suitable for allergy sufferers without restriction. Due to the wok's even larger dishes can be prepared, swivelled and stirred without any problems. Thanks to the PTFE non-stick coating, there is no need to scrub the wok, as cleaning is quick and easy. In addition, the seal is suitable for low-fat and gentle frying and thus for healthy food preparation.
