With a download of the Hive app on your iOS or Android device you can stream footage live in finely detailed Full HD resolution, and view videos from the previous 24 hours. Person Recognition
You can customise Hive View so it only responds when it detects a person, and ignores your pets. Additionally, you can set the specific areas you want your camera to monitor, so it’s not triggered accidentally.
People Notification
The moment your Hive View recognises that it’s recording a person it’ll take a snapshot and sends an image of that person straight to your smartphone as a notification. So it’s easier to find a specific event, your event log will display thumbnail images of captured moments.
Two –way audio
With two-way audio, you can talk and listen to visitors and delivery drivers while you’re away from home. Play pre-recorded sounds through your camera via the Hive app, including a siren and a dog barking. With Hive View you can also play a lullaby.
Downloads
You can download recordings straight to your smartphone from Hive View. So if it’s a family moment, a funny moment or something calling for a closer look you can share it in an instant.
Full HD Monitoring
Viewing in super crisp 1080p Full HD resolution the Hive View takes in every detail. A wide angle view of 130° ensures you can see the whole room, while up to 8x digital zoom lets you zoom in for a closer inspection. A Night Vision field of 16 feet ensures it keeps monitoring round the clock.
Video History
Play back videos from the previous 24 hour period, and live-stream any time via the Hive app. And if you opt in to Hive Video Playback Membership (subscription required), you can get access to a 30 day camera history, plus more features.
Private and Secure
You can set the Hive View to only monitor when you want it to. Set schedules via the Hive app or switch on Privacy Mode at any time. Your camera footage is encrypted using TLS AES 128 bit security so you can be sure it's completely secure.

Just download the Hive app onto your smart device and set up the Hive View camera via Bluetooth. With beautifully sleek design by industrial designer Yves Behar, the Hive View can be placed anywhere so you get the prime viewpoint: on the wall, on a shelf or with the included magnetic mount.
