A handy tray that has been designed to perch perfectly on your windowsill and keep your plants watered whilst you are away. It is also a huge help in your shed or greenhouse for watering seedlings or cuttings and giving them just the amount of water that they will need.The tray works through capillary action matting, which uses and inner tray, a water reservoir that can hold 3.4 litres of water (0.75 gallons) and then matting to draw up the water. The inner support platform is slightly tilted. Just place your pots with their drainage holes on the matting and the seedlings will take the water as they need it.Simple but so effective. Both the base and inner tray are made from recycled plastics too.Measurements of the tray are 76cm (30 inches) long, 17cm (6.7 inches) wide and is 3.5cm (1.4 inches) high and when this tray is not in use it can be easily stored.
