Combining beauty, simplicity and convenience, the 30ml spray offers our signature uncompromising perfumes in a more widely attainable compact size whilst drawing aesthetic inspiration from 20th-century conceptual art and modernist design.
In the spirit of Bauhaus, form follows function: a simple black cylinder in high shine polyethylene plastic with a matte anodised metal centre and magnetic cap. A most practical host for our iconic perfumes, both at home and on the go.
Iris expresses raw classical beauty. Tonka bean, musk and vanilla bring softness and warmth, while the base of sandalwood and vetiver adds a melodious resonance. The unparalleled quality of the raw materials used and Pierre Bourdon’s skills make of Iris Poudre a perfume that always evolves and from which one never tires. If Iris Poudre were a garment, it would be a cashmere sweater – classic but personal. A magnificent floral aldehydic.
Pierre Bourdon earned a degree in political science before changing directions and enrolling in the Roure Bertrand Dupont school in Grasse. He then became the only protégé of celebrated perfumer Edmond Roudnitska. His professional career began at Roure in Paris in the late 70s. In the 1980s, he revolutionised perfume trends with his men's fragrance "Cool Water" for Davidoff. Today, Bourdon is considered one of the most innovative perfumers of his generation.
