Designed to go anywhere in the kitchen, home or entertainment area, the CoolDrawer fits around your needs and your lifestyle. The CoolDrawer features five flexible temperature settings to provide convenience and flexibility: Chill mode sets the temperature at -0.5°C, making it ideal for preserving perishable meats, poultry and seafood, helping them to retain their vital freshness. Freezer mode is set at -18°C, with three freezer functions- bottle chill, fast freeze and deep freeze. This setting is perfect for long term storage of frozen items. Fridge mode is ideal for most foods, such as fruit and vegetables, dairy products, processed meats and drinks. The tall bin is ideal for large bottles and contianers, while the more compact upper storage tray is perfect for sensitive foods such as peaches and deli items. Pantry mode has been designed to replace the bench or cupboard as your location for food that needs a cool, dark place for storage, for example, breads, cereals and tropical fruits. Wine mode is ideal for connoisseurs, preserving wine at it's optimum temperature. Long term storage of all wines at 12°C, short term storage of whites at 7°C, or reds at 15°C, this will help keep your wine tasting as it should.
