The delivery crew will text you to book your delivery day in advance. Once they are on the way they will call you usually about 30 minutes before they arrive at your home. We believe that returning something should be as easy as buying it. If you want to return the bed frame you have a 14-day return policy. The bed frame must be returned unused and in the original packaging simply email your return request to hello@evesleep.co.uk and a member of the team will assist you further. Eve believe in no hassle returns and will collect returns straight from your bedroom for free. Please note: mattress not included. All damages and discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery. UK Mainland delivery only. Eve are currently offering non-contact delivery which means that your parcel can be left in at the entrance to your home if you'd prefer.
