The environment & room temperature can make the candle burn differ in burn time!! If the wax has become soft due to weather please leave the candle to harden up before burning!. Always leave a handmade candle to cure for 2 weeks before burning! Candles being Scented & Dyed WILL burn quicker than Unscented! Burn time can vary with Soy Wax Candles! All candles are handmade so slight frosting & imperfections can occur. We believe this this just makes your candle more unique All candles are made to order so please note that all candles take 7-10 days to make & dispatch. Any marks & bangs during transit are out of my control! Replacements ONLY sent for complete breakages during Transit. Thank you!
