I believe the chairs will swivel once I have oiled the relevant bit. The chairs do have some age related marks but in the whole are in good shape. Unusual for all components to be matching in the bright vibrant red. Chairs sold separately, price is per chair. These items are vintage & as such may show signs of previous life.
