A very fine Edwardian pedestal desk with a rolling top, fully lockable with the original working key. Made from English oak, it has plenty of storage space, smooth running drawers & a good writing space with a pair of extendable shelves. The back & most of the drawer bases have been replaced at some point; this is not noticeable. The wood is a rich chestnut brown with besutiful depth & tone.
