The PU rubber tyres on the wheels are puncture-proof so you can keep on rolling, the suspension on the wheels and larger back wheels means that the journey is smooth and you can take on kerbs with ease. Underneath the seat is a large storage basket- combined with the hidden pocket in the back of the seat, you'll have plenty of room for you to keep all the bits you need for the journey- changing bag, shopping and more.Let's talk about that comfortable seat then- it's really nice for your little one. It has an adjustable leg rest (useful as they grow) and a reclining seat as well as soft padding. The liner and fabrics can be removed for machine washing to keep things looking good, and the seat is configurable for all weather use: A mesh allows airflow but can be covered when it gets cooler. A raincover is included too, keeping your child dry in case of sudden showers. The canopy is large to protect against wind and rain, but it also provides protection from harmful sun's rays with a UPF50+ coating.You can make the Metro Compact stroller suitable from birth with the addition of a Newborn Kit (sold separately). The newborn kit has everything you need to convert the seat unit into a lie-flat carrycot, including a cosy mattress and plush padding for your newborn.
