The EOS Ra is a powerful, full frame mirrorless camera for astrophotography offering all the benefits of the EOS R System such as great low light performance, wider AF coverage and access to an incredible range of EF, EF-S, and RF lenses with the additional enhancement of an infrared blocking (IR) filter for incredible images of the night sky. This filter enables the EOS Ra to allow more H (Hydrogen Alpha) light to reach the sensor four times more than a conventional EOS R making the EOS Ra well suited to capturing the reddish colours seen in diffuse nebulae. With incredible low light performance thanks to -6EV autofocus, the camera also boasts 4K video, Vari-Angle touchscreen and intuitive controls for responsive handling.
