35mm slat width Venetian blind made from the finest, FSC-certified wood and with string cord controls for tilting and raising the blind. Complete with screws and universal brackets for easy assembly. With careful DIY the width can be reduced by up to 4cm from either side. The length can also be reduced. This blind comes with 2 safety cleats which you must install to keep cords and chains out of the reach of children and pets. We also strongly suggest you move beds, cots and furniture away from the window where the blind is to be fitted. To prevent the formation of potentially hazardous loops, which could endanger children, this product incorporates a primary breakaway system. These components are designed to come apart when undue force is applied to the blind cords. This breakaway system is easy to reassemble in the event of the cords or chains being pulled too hard, and breaking away accidentally in use.
