The kettle is made of copper-plated stainless steel with a stainless steel lid and spout. The stainless steel handle has a heat-resistant silicone grip.
Good to know: Due to the natural oxidisation process, copper becomes tarnished over time. It can be cleaned by using a copper cleaner or a mixture of lemon juice, salt and vinegar which can be applied directly to the copper surface. In some cases, it might require vigorous cleaning to remove the tarnish.
