It is made of a gorgeously soft 200-thread count cotton sateen that feels fantastic against the skin. The lace edge folds over your bed linen to give it a romantic finishing touch.The lace is exquisite Schiffli lace produced extensively in the lace capital of England, Nottingham, during the 19th and 20th centuries. The Schiffli machine was first built in Switzerland in the 1860s to create beautifully detailed embroidered lace pieces that previously could only be made by hand.
