Add a cartridge to the mill and wind away with the handle. You can mill straight into food when cooking on the hob or onto salads or prepared foods as a garnish. Once milled, the herbs will defrost in seconds. 2 razor-sharp disc blades finely chop herbs and the wiper blade ensures an even sprinkling for flavour and presentation. The cartridge is easily removed and can be put back in the freezer for future use.
