This barbeque has excellent heat retention rate and heat distribution thanks to its perfectly sealed, thick metal body. An offset smoker contains air outlets which allows you to adjust the airflow through to the barbeque to control the amount of heat and flavour of your food. An integrated temperature gauge placed on top of the lid allows you to monitor the heat levels inside the chamber.
