And as your guests pull out the insert with the ribbon to reveal your wedding details on the reverse, the mood and tone will be set for your bid day. How do I personalise my product? When placing your order think about your message before confirming anything. And, remember to keep it free from rude words or potentially offensive messages, even if intended as a joke, we won't be able to print it. Once you've placed your order, CCA will contact you by phone within 1 working day of the order being placed to discuss your personalisation requirements. A proof will be prepared and sent to you for approval and then your order will take 10 working days to arrive. All personalisation will be in black ink unless otherwise stated.
