Crafted from our environmentally friendly EcoVero™ fabric, Elsie features a pintuck and half button-through front and a striking all-over Victorian etch-style kitten illustration print. This vintage-inspired tea dress is topped off with a peter pan collar with a delicate mini pompom edge trim, as well as pompom edged short sleeves. Carrie says: Kittens everywhere!
