If you would like to activate the 100 Night Comfort Trial we will exchange your mattress for a different comfort level or refund your order. The Trial starts the day you receive your mattress and ends before midnight on the last of the 100 nights. For validation a mattress protector must be used to protect your mattress from stains. The Trial is only available once per customer/household. Mattress exchanges are subject to a small exchange fee of 30 pound
