Reproducing details of earthly and heavenly rejoicing taken from the "Mystic Nativity", painted by Sandro Botticelli (14451510) in 1501. The 12 angels dancing in the heavens are dressed in red, green and white, colours associated with the virtues of faith, hope and charity. The painting contains symbolic imagery representing Christ"s birth but also anticipating His resurrection. 2 designs, printed "With Christmas Greetings and all Good Wishes for the New Year". 8 ½" x 4".
