The 3-layer non-stick coating is ideal for healthy, low-fat frying. Of course, the PTFE sealing is 100% PFOA-free. The sealing of the outer surface allows especially easy cleaning. The handle of this casserole is turned from ash from the Sauerland region, so each handle is truly unique and also particularly robust. A tip: If you wrap the handle with aluminium foil to protect the wood from drying out, the casserole can be used in the oven without any restrictions. The high rim of this braising pan makes it the ideal companion for all braising dishes and for preparing larger portions. Preparing dishes with sauce is also possible with this cookware, the wide pouring rim also allows drip-free pouring.
