Description
The sleek and stylish Barracuda Vela 3 is fast, smooth and is packed with everything needed for easy commuting. The bike is based on a fast hybrid geometry frame which is made with lightweight alloyed aluminium whilst also has the added benefit of a Suntour front suspension fork, providing extra comfort for your wrists when cycling on rough terrain. The Vela 3 also features a Shimano Tourney gearing system with 21 speed gears making it very good for all climbs with its slick and smooth transmission. It’s easy to reach and simple to use with the flick of a lever taking you up a gear and a smaller level for moving down a gear. It’s equipped with powerful V-brakes, which ensure a strong stopping power by providing leverage with the two long arms when the brake cable is pulled. The V-brakes offer increased braking performance on off-road, tourers and hybrid bikes and are very reliable. The Bike includes full-length mudguards with splash tails to keep you dry and dirt-free when cycling in difficult and muddy conditions. In addition it has a rear pannier rack for extra storage and a kickstand to keep your bike upright when not in use.
