Celebrate modernity and ancient traditions in one with this Manja candle from Baobab. Helping to support the economic development of the island of Madagascar, this candle is encase in a natural raffia cover which has been hand crocheted by skilled local artisans. Working with the cooperative of women since 2016, the atelier has grown to 75 members and they have been able to make their production processes more efficient and develop new weaving patterns. In black and natural raffia threaded with gold Lurex, it has fruity notes of mint, vetiver and ylang ylang to transport you to a warm summer's night on the island.
