Facilities do vary from one location to another but generally include a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym. There are 30 health clubs to choose from, some of which have a beauty salon, group exercise studio, jacuzzi and sun bed. Crche facilities may also be available at some locations. This experience is available Monday to Sunday, throughout the year. Your experience may last a full day. Please inform the club of any medical conditions that may affect you taking part. A health check will be required which may result in the club requesting a medical certificate. There are no experience or qualifications necessary to take part in this experience.
