The pan can also be used in the oven up to 250°C without any restrictions. The non-stick coating in the pan is protected from scratches by an innovative protective grid, which makes the use of metal kitchen aids possible without restrictions. It goes without saying that the PTFE coating is free of PFOA. Our "easy oil flow system"" ensures that oils/fats can be easily distributed because the honeycombs of the protective grid are not closed.
