Berndes The name says it all! This frying pan has perfect non-stick properties with a resistant surface. The extremely robust non-stick coating impresses with its multi-layer structure, the basis is a ceramic-reinforced base layer, followed by a reinforced non-stick intermediate layer with silicon carbide particles and the surface is rounded off with a high-performance top layer with the best non-stick properties. This is a functional cookware for ambitious cooks - even when the going gets rough. This seal impresses with its significantly improved abrasion resistance, which not only keeps it looking good for longer but also makes the non-stick effect much more durable. The sealant also allows the use of metal objects such as spatulas, forks and stirring spoons without restrictions and without having to worry about scratches, abrasion and corrosion. Of course, the sealant is 100% free of PFOA and nickel. The pan body is made of forged aluminium. The high thickness of the material gives the cast look and most importantly ensures good heat distribution. The bottom of the pan is our patented induction bottom and can be used on all types of stoves - including induction. The bottom of this pan is also sealed, which not only allows for easy cleaning but also serves as protection against oxidation. The handle of the pan is ergonomically shaped and made of a material mix of stainless steel and plastic. It lies well in the hand, which makes it easier to use the pan in everyday use, and of course, it remains cool when used on the stove. The pan can be cleaned in the dishwasher, but we recommend cleaning it by hand with warm water, a squirt of washing up liquid and a soft sponge or dishcloth. Thanks to the exterior sealant, cleaning is such a breeze and is very easy to do by hand.
