Description
The British Library Cards reproducing colourful plates by English naturalist and pioneering ornithologist George Edwards (16941773), which appeared in "A Natural History of Uncommon Birds..." published 174351. The images comprise the greater cockatoo, "The Paracit, as big as life" (sic), the toucan "or Brazilian pye", the Chinese teal and an oriental dwarf kingfisher.
